I took your idea for Fresca Tequilia and twisted it. My madre loves this one:
1 (to 2) pt tequila (depending on how you like it)
1 pt. Triple Sec
1 pt Nellie & Joe’s Famous Key Lime Juice. This is key. Don’t get the sickly sweet stuff from Rose’s. (www.keylimejuice.com/)
Shake with ice. Strain into glass. Top off with Peach Fresca. Enjoy!

I love this! I recently discovered the joy that is La Paloma (aka tequila fresca…. although depending on the restaurant sometimes made w/ Squirt). where has this been all my life? currently enjoying one right now.
